Mindful of the Springfield Catholic Schools Strategic Plan that was formulated in spring 2007; our schools are seeking a 50-40-10 percent ratio for funding the cost per student in our schools: that is 50% of the cost per student from tuition, 40% parish subsidy (Sunday collection) and 10% school fundraisers.
The tuition scale below puts us in that range and brings us more in line with other Catholic elementary schools in Springfield. Given the tuition increase, we have tried to create a break for families with more than one child attending St. Agnes School. For larger families with more than three children, there will be no additional cost after the third child. We are all aware of how weak the economy is now and its consequences in terms of employment and income. We are sensitive to this matter. Please understand that there is tuition assistance for families should help be needed. Applications for tuition assistance can be picked up from the school in late March.

No tuition for 4th & 5th child
Non-Catholic tuition is $5,000 per child.
$3,650 for 3 & 4 year old all-day session (5 all-day/week) - Monday - Friday all day 8:00am-3:10pm
$2,150 for 3 & 4 year old all-day sesson (3 all-day/week) - Monday, Wednesday, Friday all day 8:00am-3:10pm
$1,950 for 3 & 4 year old half-day session (5 mornings/week) - Monday - Friday mornings 8:00am-11:00am
Tuition payment can be made in full on Orientation/Fee Day in August, half in August and half in December or in 10 payments made through the FACTS® Management Program. Payments made through the FACTS® Program begin in August and end in May. There is an annual non-refundable $43.00 administrative fee for enrollment in the FACTS® Program per family. This fee will be added to the tuition collected by FACTS®, please do not make this payment to the school. If adjustments need to be made with monthly payments, please discuss this with the principal.
Financial Assistance forms are available online at www.factstuitionaid.com and through the school office. The application deadline to FACTS® Grant and Aid Assessment is the end of April.
In the event that a student leaves St. Agnes School before the end of the school year, a refund in tuition will be pro-rated for the time in attendance. The amount of refund will be determined after review of any remaining balances. School records will be held for any overdue tuition and/or fees.
There will be a $5.00 returned check fee for all checks made payable to St. Agnes School that do not clear the bank.
